Key Responsibilities\n

• Counsel and provide crisis intervention for patients experiencing emotional and behavioral challenges. You will conduct assessments to identify issues and develop tailored treatment plans.

• Maintain accurate and timely clinical records, including comprehensive progress notes, ensuring compliance with departmental policies and regulations.

• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary healthcare team in crafting effective treatment strategies, including transition and discharge plans, based on thorough psychosocial assessments.

• Engage with local community resource leaders, representing the organization at meetings to address and advocate for the social needs of our patients.

The patient population you will serve includes individuals of all ages facing a range of mental health issues, including anxiety, depression, relationship challenges, and substance use disorders. Qualifications\n

Compensation and Benefits\n
