Supporting the Enterprise Systems team, the full-time remote Atlassian Administrator will manage the administration and support of the Atlassian suite, including Jira and Confluence, ensuring smooth operations and configurations for various business teams. Key responsibilities Administer and support Jira Cloud, Jira Service Management, and Confluence Cloud Create and configure Jira projects and service desks for different business teams Troubleshoot access and configuration issues while providing production support and documentation Required qualifications 1-3 years of hands-on Atlassian administration experience in an enterprise environment Working knowledge of Jira, Jira Service Management, and Confluence Exposure to scripting or automation (Python, YAML, or similar) Familiarity with enterprise tools like Google Workspace, Okta, and Slack Ability to manage a queue of concurrent requests and communicate effectively
