Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough mental health assessments to gather insights on patient history and current challenges, enabling the formulation of individualized treatment plans.

• Provide evidence-based therapeutic interventions utilizing modalities such as cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT), solution-focused therapy, and interpersonal therapy frameworks, adjusting techniques as necessary to meet client's unique needs.

• Lead psychoeducational and support group sessions designed to address and normalize mental health concerns within the community while fostering a sense of belonging and support.

• Collaborate closely with your colleagues, sharing insights on patient progress and care during routine team meetings and case consultations.

• Deliver immediate crisis intervention services for clients in acute distress, ensuring their safety while connecting them with appropriate resources.

• Educate clients about their mental health concerns, empowering them with knowledge about treatment options and community resources that can aid their healing journey.

• Maintain comprehensive, accurate, and confidential patient records in accordance with ethical and legal standards.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

You will work with adults, adolescents, and families seeking coping strategies tailored specifically to their experiences. Given the diversity of our patient population, fluency in additional languages and experience with underserved communities is a plus, enhancing our ability to provide inclusive and culturally competent care.

Qualifications\n

• A Master's or doctoral degree in Social Work, Mental Health Counseling, Marriage and Family Therapy, or Psychology from an accredited institution.

• Current licensure as an LCSW, LPC, or LMFT in the state of Georgia.

• Comprehensive understanding of a variety of mental health disorders and familiarity with evidence-based treatment approaches to therapy.

• Proven experience in performing mental health assessments and formulating effective treatment strategies.

• Demonstrated success in delivering both individual and group therapy sessions.

• Strong interpersonal and communication skills, alongside sound judgment and professional ethics.

Preferred Experience\n

Compensation and Benefits\n

We offer a competitive salary ranging from USD 80,000 to 100,000 per year, commensurate with experience.
