Real Salt Lake is currently seeking Front Desk Attendants. These at-will part-time positions are the day-to-day support staff for the Zions Bank Training Center. Qualified candidates will be assisting with operational support of the facility while providing excellent customer service.

Responsibilities include:

• Greet and welcome guests to the Zions Bank Training Academy.
• Provides excellent customer service by registering patrons for programs, answering questions, and answering complaints.
• Operates the cash register.
• Supervises the facility to ensure safety and compliance with Training Academy policies.
• Secure building at the end of the evening.
• Other duties as assigned.

Minimum qualifications:

• Minimum 1-2 years retail sales experience.
• Capable of cash handling and POS operations daily and for special events.
• Ability to pass a background check.
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Ability to work evenings and weekends to accommodate the teams' schedules.
• High school diploma.

Preferred qualifications:

• High school diploma.

Physical demands and work environment:

The job requires regularly lifting/pushing up to 25 pounds and occasionally lifting/pushing more than 50 pounds or exerting heavy force in a wide disparity or environmental conditions. The job involves standing, stooping, bending, lifting, pushing, etc.
