Store Manager - Flagship Boutique

The Store Manager leads the launch and commercial development of TRÉCA Paris' first flagship boutique in New York — a milestone moment for the brand's presence in the United States. This role is critical in establishing TRÉCA Paris' reputation and identity in the American luxury market. As the face of the brand in the US, the Store Manager ensures an exceptional customer experience, drives commercial performance, and builds the operational and human foundations that will define TRÉCA Paris' long-term success in North America. Main responsibilities Assure the flagship store launch and ensure optimal commercial performance from opening. Develop and implement local commercial and marketing strategy in alignment with TRÉCA Paris' luxury positioning. Manage store financial performance: revenue, margin, profitability, operating budget and forecasts. Develop high-end clientele, retain key customers and create an exceptional customer experience aligned with the luxury positioning of the brand. Contribute to the brand’s presence during key design events throughout the year and help plan, organize and lead events following headquarters strategy. Built, lead and animate the retail activation plan of the store. Monitor key performance indicators: traffic, average basket, conversion rate, customer satisfaction, employee performance, NPS to measure customer satisfaction. Coordinate with headquarters for inventory, stock management, collection planning purposes. Contribute to continuous improvement of retail procedures and be a driving force for new American market opportunities. Participate in expansion planning and monitoring: identify future locations, support opening of a second boutique in the territory in partnership with headquarters. Recruit, train and manage a team of sales associates and administrative staff, embodying a culture of excellence and premium positioning. Prerequisites for access to the role Higher education in commerce, management or related discipline. Minimum 5 to 7 years of retail management experience, ideally in luxury or premium sectors ideally connected to interior design and / or luxury hospitality. Confirmed experience in launching or developing points of sale. Required skills Knowledge Mastery of commercial management and point-of-sale tools. Understanding of the American market and New York clientele. Understanding of multi-site development and scalability challenges. Know-how Minimum 5 to 7 years of retail management experience, ideally in luxury or premium sectors. Leadership and team management. Excellent commercial and interpersonal communication.
