HRO Specialist: Healthcare Quality and Reliability Leader

Jackson Health System in Miami seeks an experienced High Reliability Organization Specialist to deploy the enterprise HRO operating model across entities and learning environments. This Tier 2 role supports governance, escalation, and daily reliability practices with focus on frontline execution. Reporting to the Director, HRO, the specialist will coach Transformation Coaches, lead learning area evaluations, and embed HRO methodologies such as TeamSTEPPS, IHI Improvement, and Lean Six Sigma to #J-18808-Ljbffr Jackson Health System
