Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough assessments to evaluate the mental and emotional health of clients, utilizing diagnostic tools and structured interviews.

• Craft and enforce tailored treatment plans that cater to the specific needs and goals of each client, adjusting them as necessary based on therapeutic progress.

• Implement evidence-based therapeutic interventions such as cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT), Dialectical behavior therapy (DBT), and mindfulness-based approaches, whether in individual, family, or group settings.

• Regularly monitor client progress and implement changes to treatment approaches to ensure optimal outcomes, utilizing electronic health records (EHR) to maintain accurate documentation.

• Provide immediate crisis intervention services, and offer support to clients facing acute distress or emergency situations.

• Maintain confidentiality and secure records in compliance with HIPAA and ethical standards, ensuring clients' privacy is always protected.

• Work collaboratively with a multidisciplinary team of healthcare professionals, including psychiatrists and social workers, to provide holistic treatment options and care continuity.

• Engage in continuous learning by staying current with developments in mental health treatments and attending professional training or supervision sessions.

• Adhere strictly to professional ethical standards and best practices as delineated by applicable licensing boards and organizations.

Qualifications\n
