General Production Worker

Pay: $21.30/hour

Shift: Overnight Shift | Sunday-Thursday | 9:00 PM - 5:30 AM

We're looking for reliable and detail-oriented General Production Workers to join a fast-paced manufacturing team. In this role, you'll support production operations through part preparation, inspection, packaging, blasting, and general assembly tasks. • Prepare, handle, mask, sand, and package parts according to production standards.
• Operate blasting equipment and basic hand tools safely and effectively.
• Inspect parts for quality, accuracy, and defects before processing or shipment.
• Follow work instructions and complete tasks with attention to detail.
• Handle components carefully to prevent damage to high-value parts.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area.
• Work collaboratively with team members to meet production goals.

• Previous manufacturing, production, warehouse, or assembly experience preferred.
• Experience with sanding, masking, blasting, or hand tools is a plus.
• Ability to stand for extended periods and perform repetitive tasks.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.
• Basic math and communication skills.
• Ability to work effectively in a team-oriented environment.

This position is performed in an active manufacturing setting with exposure to machinery noise, varying temperatures, and industrial processes. Employees must wear appropriate PPE and be comfortable standing, lifting, and performing repetitive tasks throughout the shift. Closed-toe shoes are required.

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Seattle, WA.

The pay range for this position is $21.30 - $21.30/hr.

Individual compensation offered for this position within this range will depend on many factors, including qualifications, skills, relevant experience, job knowledge, geographic location, internal equity, and other pertinent job-related factors.
