External job applicants with a confirmed positive drug or alcohol test result shall be denied employment and shall be required to wait one year before applying for another position within Tulsa County.**ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS • Conducts intake assessments with all new students following admission to Phoenix Rising Alternative School. • Develop individualized treatment plans with the involvement and consent of the students and their support system, making referrals to community partners when appropriate. • Plan and facilitate group interventions based on trends in student population. • Participate in staffing cases with a multidisciplinary team. • Provide information and consultation to school staff regarding best practices in working with justice involved youth. • Respond to calls from clients and/or families for crisis solutions. • Provide support to members of the student's immediate family throughout the change process. • Complete documentation regarding student progress/regress including documentation regarding each family/student contact. • Perform other duties as assigned.# # Additional Job Description# QUALIFICATIONSTo perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential job function satisfactorily.
