Key Responsibilities\n

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

As an LMFT at Empowered Mind Body Counseling, you will work with a diverse population, including individuals struggling with anxiety, depression, relationship challenges, and family dynamics. We emphasize a family-centered approach, recognizing the interconnectedness of individual issues and familial relationships.

Qualifications\n

• Master’s or Doctorate in Marriage and Family Therapy or a related field.
\n
• A valid LMFT license in the state of Maryland.
\n
• Proficiency in evidence-based therapeutic practices, such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Emotionally Focused Therapy (EFT), or Solution-Focused Brief Therapy (SFBT).

• Exceptional listening and communication skills, with an ability to develop rapport with clients from varied backgrounds.

• At least two years of post-graduate clinical experience specific to marriage and family therapy.
