This role combines executive-level relationship management, business development, and delivery oversight to ensure measurable impact across client engagements. Acting as a trusted advisor to C-suite executives, the Senior Client Partner shapes strategies that address industry challenges such as digital transformation, regulatory compliance, and AI-driven innovation. The position demands a blend of consultative selling, thought leadership, and operational excellence. Qualifications 12+ years in consulting or Financial Services leadership roles, with proven success in managing large-scale transformation programs. Deep knowledge of banking, capital markets, insurance, or payments ecosystems. Demonstrated ability to originate and close complex consulting deals (>$10M annually). MBA or equivalent advanced degree preferred Executive relationship management Strategic planning and execution Financial analysis and risk management Negotiation and influencing Entrepreneurial mindset with ability to identify and seize growth opportunities. Comfort operating in ambiguous, fast-paced environments. Track record of building long-term, trust-based client relationships.
