Landscape Sales / Client Relationship Manager

Location: Saint Joseph, MI


Position Type: Full-time


Salary Range: $50,000-$80,000 yearly (depending on experience)


Schedule: Monday-Friday *No Weekends

Qualifications

• Minimum of 2 years' experience in landscaping, sales, customer service, or a related field
• Strong communication, problem-solving, and organizational skills
• Positive attitude with a professional demeanor
• Excellent time management and ability to prioritize tasks effectively
• Commitment to learning, growth, and team collaboration
• Ability to work cooperatively with colleagues in a respectful and professional manner

Key Responsibilities

• Maintain consistent, proactive communication with clients to build and sustain strong relationships
• Conduct site visits to assess client needs and support consultation, design, and development of landscape installation, enhancement, and maintenance services
• Prepare accurate and detailed project estimates
• Coordinate effectively between clients, sales, design, and production teams to ensure a seamless project experience
• Follow up with clients after project completion to ensure satisfaction, quality standards, and generate referrals
