Your role as a Technical Sales Associate Develop quotations for gate products and systems Respond to product inquiries and follow up on sales leads to secure the order Assemble and distribute custom submittal packages for pending orders Enter sales orders and track them through production and delivery Perform project management for larger projects, monitoring from sale through installation Collaborate with internal teams to ensure clear customer communication. Work internally to resolve customer service issues, such as quality and delivery issues, ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction. What We’re Looking For AAS degree in a technical field or equivalent experience Ability to read project plans and technical drawings Strong organizational skills and attention to detail Ability to multi-task and work in an environment with constant interruptions MS Word/Excel required and Salesforce familiarity preferred Who We Are TYMETAL is a subsidiary company of Fort Miller Group, an employee-owned company.
