Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough assessments and evaluations to understand clients’ mental health needs and craft personalized treatment plans that effectively address their challenges.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

You will work with a diverse client base in Bakersfield, California, serving both adult and child/adolescent populations. Clients may present with various mental health challenges, including anxiety, depression, relationship issues, and family dynamics. Your expertise will be crucial in providing support to individuals, couples, and families to navigate through their difficulties and enhance their quality of life.

Qualifications\n

• A valid license as a Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT) in the state of California.

Compensation and Benefits\n
