Job Summary We are seeking energetic Event Staff members to support promotional events, customer engagement, product presentations, and sales activities. This entry-level opportunity is ideal for individuals who enjoy working with people, contributing to a team, and creating positive experiences at customer-focused events. Responsibilities Assist with promotional events and customer engagement activities. Welcome attendees and create a friendly, professional experience. Engage with customers and prospective customers throughout events. Present products and services clearly and professionally. Answer customer questions and provide helpful information. Identify customer needs and recommend appropriate products or solutions. Support lead generation and customer acquisition activities. Organize promotional materials, displays, and event supplies. Build positive relationships with customers and event attendees. Support follow-up activities with prospective customers. Communicate customer feedback and event observations to team members. Support individual and team sales goals. Participate in ongoing training and professional development. Minimum Requirements High school diploma or equivalent required. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Energetic, friendly, and professional demeanor. Comfortable interacting with customers in person. Strong organizational and multitasking abilities. Customer-focused and team-oriented. Goal-oriented and motivated to achieve results. Reliable, adaptable, and self-motivated.
