Position Responsibilities
- Lead collaboration with other teams to address challenges, improve processes and share insights to improve Customer Service Operations.
- Maintain our Customer Service policy and procedure database, reviewing content to ensure accurate documentation.
- Develop and update customer response templates across multiple platforms that help teams deliver fast and consistent support.
- Manage holiday calendars and systems, ensuring accuracy and timeliness.
- Handle Customer Service communications, including writing weekly department announcements and responding to inquiries in the team email inbox.
Minimum Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent. Bachelor's degree preferred.
- 2+ years of customer service experience. Prior leadership experience is preferred.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
- Strong communication, organizational and time management skills.
