Your new dream job:

Enhance your software and online marketing expertise and contribute to the digitalization of small and medium-sized enterprises!

  • Customer Support: Manage your own fixed customer base, build long-term and personal relationships, and proactively take care of your customers.
  • Software and Online Marketing Consulting: After thorough onboarding, you will become a specialist in online marketing and software applications. You will answer questions from your customers about our software in the context of online marketing—both in writing and over the phone, as well as on different channels like WhatsApp. This way, your know-how will grow every day!
  • Customer Satisfaction Management: Become the central contact for all customer issues—from new ideas (feature requests) to problems (bug reports). You will verify bugs or collect detailed information about feature wishes and forward everything structured to the development team. You will continuously identify improvement potential and challenges from customer contact and proactively share these with your team to continuously improve our processes and the fulfillment of customer needs.
  • Representation of Digistore24: Whether at international VIP customer events, a business lunch, or at trade shows—you understand how to nurture customer relationships face to face.

Job Requirements

Your superpowers:

  • Communication Skills: You communicate precisely and in a receiver-friendly manner. You defuse potential conflicts through sensitivity and solution-orientation. You always find the right tone with customers and your team, even under time pressure.
  • Account Management: You have at least two years of experience in customer support. You proficiently convey complex matters both in writing and verbally. Nice-to-haves are basic knowledge of HTML, CSS, and experience in online marketing.
  • Organizational Talent: You work in a structured, reliable, and self-responsible manner. Thanks to your excellent planning, you always keep an overview even in stressful situations and work effectively in a home office.
  • High Motivation: Our industry is constantly evolving. To optimally advise your customers as an expert, you follow current trends and enjoy working on new topics independently.

Your Typical Day at Digistore24
  • Structure is everything: At the start, you screen all messages. Based on this, you prioritize and plan your tasks for the day.
  • You begin with the most important customer inquiries: Answer a follow-up question from a customer you helped yesterday with the approval of their digital product regarding the multi-upsell feature.
  • Now there is a virtual coffee call: The next 15 minutes are reserved for a relaxed exchange over coffee with a colleague.
  • Continue with the processing of new customer inquiries via email and voice message that came in during your coffee call. Answer technical questions about APIs, upsell flows, and split tests thanks to your detailed onboarding and a checklist in no time!
  • Ping! A VIP customer messages you on WhatsApp asking for support with a pressing technical problem that is new to you. You think of solution proposals and post them in the team chat. Your colleague promptly responds with feedback. You call your customer and explain the solution. Your customer is happy, and it’s good to know that your team has your back !
  • During your lunch break, you meet friends at your favorite Italian restaurant around the corner. This freedom comes from working remotely , and you can freely design your break.
  • Back at your desk, your phone rings. Your VIP customer is on the line—a doctor who offers health coaching. She is launching her online course tomorrow, but the product approval has reported a problem. You check the approval process. The reason is quickly clear: The prices on the product page and in the order form do not match. After adjustment, you inform the product approval team. The product goes online, your customer is
