As a Recruiter, you will attract and place manufacturing and engineering talent to meet the organization's hiring needs. You will partner regularly with department managers and the hiring team to build a strong talent pipeline and improve time-to-fill. This is an onsite role at the customer facility in Kalamazoo, MI, where you'll work directly with hiring stakeholders and candidates.

• Source and recruit candidates using databases, social media, and referrals
• Screen resumes and job applications to identify qualified candidates
• Conduct phone and in-person interviews using reliable selection tools and methods
• Assess applicants' knowledge, skills, soft skills, experience, and aptitudes
• Onboard new employees to integrate them into the organization
• Serve as a point of contact and build influential candidate relationships during the selection process
• Promote the company's reputation as a desirable place to work

• Manufacturing and engineering recruiting experience (required)
• Solid ability to conduct different types of interviews
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Strong decision-making skills
• High school diploma or equivalent

$41.02 - $43.07/hour
