Business Execution Consultant Level 4

The Business Execution Consultant Level 4 executes moderately complex business execution activities in support of product and business initiatives. The role contributes to analysis, documentation, delivery coordination, and execution tracking to ensure work progresses in alignment with defined business objectives, delivery plans, and governance requirements. This role operates under general supervision from senior product leaders, applies established practices and frameworks, and supports delivery outcomes without independent accountability for prioritization or funding decisions.

Key Responsibilities

• Business Analysis & Execution Support
• Perform analysis and documentation of business requirements, functional requirements, and process flows
• Support current state and future state process analysis to identify gaps, impacts, and execution considerations
• Draft and maintain user stories, acceptance criteria, and execution artifacts using approved tools and templates
• Ensure requirements and documentation are accurate, complete, and traceable
• Support execution of assigned deliverables by maintaining backlog readiness, dependencies, and execution artifacts
• Assist with refinement to ensure work items meet definition of ready standards
• Delivery Execution, Backlog & Coordination Support
• Work with business, technology, operations, and risk partners to support execution outcomes
• Track assigned deliverables, milestones, and action items against delivery plans
• Monitor execution progress and identify risks, blockers, or timing concerns
• Coordinate follow ups across business and technology partners to support delivery timelines
• Prepare status updates, execution summaries, and readiness views for leadership and delivery forums
• Escalate execution risks, issues, or scope concerns through established governance channels
• Assist with validation that deliverables meet approved acceptance criteria
• Risk, Governance & Compliance
• Execute work in adherence to risk, compliance, and change management standards
• Maintain required artifacts to support governance, controls testing, and regulatory review
• Identify and escalate execution or compliance risks appropriately

Required Qualifications

• Typically, 5+ years of experience in business execution, analysis, operations, or delivery support roles
• Experience supporting delivery plans, milestones, and execution tracking
• Strong analytical, organizational, and documentation skills
• Required ability to comprehend and act within complex technological operating environments
• Experience in structured or Agile delivery environments
• Ability to work across multiple stakeholders and concurrent deliverables
• Experience in a regulated, large scale environment preferred
• Works under general supervision, with increasing complexity over time
• Prior experience in Payments, Treasury Services or Merchant Services preferred
