This role oversees inventory control, fleet coordination, facility upkeep, and safety compliance while helping maintain the operational readiness that drives our business forward.What You'll DoLead Warehouse Operations: Maintain an organized, clean, and efficient warehouse, yard, and storage areas.Manage Inventory: Track equipment and consumables, oversee shipping and receiving, and ensure crews have the supplies they need.Support Fleet Readiness: Coordinate vehicle maintenance, maintain service records, and ensure company vehicles remain clean and operational.Maintain Equipment: Inspect, troubleshoot, repair, and track restoration equipment to maximize uptime.Drive Safety & Compliance: Enforce warehouse safety procedures, maintain a safe work environment, and ensure proper use of equipment and PPE.Support Operations: Assist field teams with equipment deliveries, job site support, and other operational needs as required.Who We're Looking For (Qualifications)Warehouse Experience: Previous experience in warehouse operations, inventory control, logistics, or a related leadership role.Mechanical Aptitude: Ability to inspect, maintain, and troubleshoot equipment and vehicles.Organizational Skills: Strong attention to detail with the ability to manage multiple priorities.Communication Skills: Ability to work effectively with technicians, supervisors, vendors, and management.Valid Driver's License: Clean driving record and reliable transportation required.Physical Capability: Ability to lift up to 50 lbs. and work in a warehouse environment.Leadership Mindset: Self-motivated, dependable, and committed to maintaining high operational standards.Ready to Drive Operational Excellence?If you're looking for a leadership role where organization, teamwork, and problem-solving make a real impact, apply today and grow your career with SERVPRO of Beverly Hills.
