Maintenance Technician

Job description:

Title: Maintenance Technician

In Office Full-Time, Monday – Friday from 8 AM to 5 PM (with the ability to be flexible if needed)

Hourly Non-Exempt – between $27 - $32 per hour (depending on experience and education)

QUALIFICATIONS:

• Minimum of 6 years of maintenance experience in a manufacturing, food production, or industrial environment.
• Associate degree in Mechatronics, Manufacturing Engineering, Industrial Systems Technology, or a related field; or an equivalent combination of technical certifications, vocational training, and hands-on industrial maintenance experience.
• Strong knowledge of mechanical, electrical, hydraulic, pneumatic, and industrial control systems.
• Experience with industrial automation systems, PLCs, or controls is preferred (not required).
• Experience working with three-phase electrical systems is preferred.
• Ability to read and interpret blueprints, schematics, technical manuals, and wiring diagrams.
• Proficiency using hand tools, power tools, and diagnostic equipment.
• Strong troubleshooting, problem-solving, and communication skills.
• Ability to work effectively both independently and within cross-functional teams.
• Leadership or supervisory experience is a plus.
• Commitment to maintaining a safe work environment and following all safety, health, and environmental regulations.
• Ability to work flexible hours, including overtime, weekends, or shift coverage as needed.
