Legal Practice Assistant

Boca Raton, Florida Pay From: $85,000/yr

MUST:

• Experienced Legal Practice Assistant
• Minimum of 3 years of legal experience in a law firm or professional legal environment
• Experience supporting attorneys, associates, and paralegals across multiple practice areas
• Experience with Corporate, Litigation, Tax, and/or Trusts & Estates matters preferred
• Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Word and Excel
• Experience with InTapp Time Entry required
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Strong organizational and time-management skills
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines in a fast legal environment
• Knowledge of iManage and Microsoft PowerPoint is a plus

DUTIES:

• Provide administrative and legal support to attorneys, associates, and paralegals across multiple practice areas
• Prepare, revise, format, and proofread legal documents and correspondence
• Manage calendars, meetings, deadlines, and attorney schedules
• Assist with document organization, filing, and matter management
• Enter and maintain attorney time using InTapp Time Entry
• Maintain electronic and physical client files and records
• Coordinate internal and external communications with clients, attorneys, and other parties
• Assist with Corporate, Litigation, Tax, and Trusts & Estates matters as needed
• Support document management and organization using iManage when applicable
• Perform general administrative duties to ensure efficient day-to-day legal practice operations
