Web Operations Manager
Virtual Vocations Inc
Owning the day-to-day operations and performance of Vasion's public-facing web properties, the full-time Web Operations Manager will work in a hybrid capacity, focusing on technical SEO, conversion rate optimization, and collaboration with cross-functional teams to enhance site performance and user experience. Key responsibilities Manage the health of the web tech stack, including CMS, GA4, and SEO tools, while building and publishing webpages Oversee technical SEO initiatives and lead conversion rate optimization programs to enhance user engagement and site performance Collaborate with web developers, UX/UI designers, and marketing teams to execute web strategies and maintain the web roadmap Required qualifications 6-8 years of experience in web optimization or web operations Proficiency in managing content within a modern CMS, preferably headless CMS Hands-on experience with technical SEO, including schema, structured data, and on-page optimization Experience with web analytics and experimentation tools such as GA4 or Adobe Analytics Working knowledge of HTML and CSS
