Position requires previous experience in a sales environment and be able to perform the following:

1. Must be able to safely operate a motor vehicle.
2. Must be knowledgeable and comply with all state licensing and other motor vehicle department policies and procedures.
3. Consistently meet or exceed monthly sales goals.
4. Interface with U-Haul International Marketing on matters of negotiating and authorizing the sale of fleet rotation trucks and equipment.
5. Be familiar with U-Haul system financial guidelines pertaining to profit & loss concepts.
6. Ensure quality and total serviceability of repaired and/or cleaned equipment for customer satisfaction; ensure all company funds are promptly remitted to U-Haul International according to established procedures; ensure all equipment is repaired with economy & effectiveness (E&E) and in accordance with established company procedures.

Minimum Requirements:

• Clean motor vehicle driving record
• High school diploma or equivalent

The work involves moderate risks or discomforts which require special safety precautions, e.g., working around moving parts, machines, fumes or chemicals. May be required to use protective clothing or gear such as masks, goggles, gloves or shields.
