Key Responsibilities\n

• Deliver individual, family, and group therapy sessions utilizing secure telehealth platforms, ensuring a private and safe environment for all clients.

• Conduct comprehensive assessments and develop tailored treatment plans that meet the unique needs of each client you work with.

• Employ evidence-based practices, including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), and Trauma-Informed Care methods, to address various mental health issues.

• Provide crisis intervention services and make appropriate referrals to other resources as necessary.

• Maintain detailed and accurate documentation in our electronic health records system, adhering to HIPAA regulations.

• Collaborate effectively with colleagues and support staff to ensure cohesive and comprehensive care for all clients.

• Manage your caseload flexibly, with the opportunity to adjust hours according to personal availability and client needs.

In this role, you will be serving a diverse client base, including individuals from various backgrounds and mental health needs. Qualifications\n

• A Master’s degree in Social Work from an accredited institution.

• An active LCSW license in the state of Washington is mandatory.

• At least 2 years of professional experience delivering therapeutic services to individuals, couples, and families.

• Strong interpersonal and communication skills that facilitate effective collaboration and rapport-building with clients and colleagues.

Compensation and Benefits\n

We offer a competitive salary ranging from $90,000 to $110,000 per year, commensurate with experience. Additionally, benefits include:
