Position Summary State of Location: New Jersey Position Summary: Our Clinic Directors oversee all aspects of the clinic operations, manage clinical and non-clinical staff, and work with patients to provide individualized treatment and plans of care. Clinic Directors play a pivotal role in promoting efficient service utilization and program development, collaborating with digital marketing strategies, and fostering communication with medical professionals and stakeholders to enhance service standards within the local community. Job Description Clinic Director Physical Therapist (Full-time) Ivy Rehab Physical Therapy / Excel Physical Therapy - Outpatient Location 136 Hopper Ave, Waldwick, NJ 07463 Compensation Salary: $95,000 - $110,000/year (based on location, experience, certs, etc.) Sign‑On Bonus: $5,000 Bonus potential: up to an additional $1,192.31 per paycheck ($31,000 annually) if taking advantage of our clinician bonus plan.
