Duties, Responsibilities & Other The Sr. Project Assistant will support managers and leaders, ensuring a seamless and professional experience. This role involves a broad range of administrative and coordination tasks to support office operations and executive functions. Key Responsibilities: Coordinate leaders' events and calendars, ensuring efficient scheduling and organization. Manage general office activities, including supply orders, event planning, and office functions as needed Financial Administration: Handle office checkbook and credit card management, including monthly statement submissions and balancing. Provide comprehensive administrative assistance, including document control, scheduling, and reporting. Arrange travel, draft correspondence, and manage executive calendars. Support project staff with time entry, expense reports, and document organization. Qualifications Minimum of 5-7 years of professional experience High school diploma is required; bachelor's degree preferred.
