Business Development Representative

Our client is a growing B2B organization looking to add an Inside Sales Representative to their team. This is a newly defined, high-visibility role built to drive brand awareness and generate qualified leads through proactive outreach, with the ability to close smaller deals directly, without needing to loop in a field sales rep. You'll be a critical part of how the company scales efficiently, helping the business reach more accounts without having to scale field headcount. This is a great opportunity for someone early in their sales career who wants structured coaching, a proven playbook, and a clear runway to grow into a full outside/field sales role over time. What You'll Do Conduct high-volume cold outreach (calls, email, social) to generate new pipeline and build brand awareness in target accounts Qualify and nurture inbound and outbound leads Close smaller, lower-complexity deals independently and remotely Highlights Base+Commission (Y1 OTE $85k+) Ability to earn hybrid work schedule Work closely with sales leadership to continuously refine outreach cadence, messaging, and qualification criteria Health Benefits + 401k Uncapped earning potential What We're Looking For 1–2 years of sales experience with a prospecting/outbound background B2B exposure and/or customer-facing experience strongly preferred Comfortable with high call/email volume and a metrics-driven environment Coachable: this role comes with structured onboarding, scripts, and ongoing coaching; it is not a fully autonomous seat Strong verbal and written communication skills #J-18808-Ljbffr Pursuit
