Career Level - IC0 Responsibilities A challenging, exciting role that will test your sales skills, tenacity and prospecting skills, critical thinking capabilities, ability to remain focused, and follow-through. You will be provided the tools, training, coaching, and people resources to help you be successful. Upon territory assignment, you will qualify and promote leads for new prospects and/or existing customers to the Oracle sales team with defined next steps. The Sales Development Role is a sales role that is generally eligible for incentive compensation contingent upon achieving specified objectives. Build sales pipeline using cold calling methodologies and social selling. Build a strong foundation of industry competence, Oracle product knowledge, and sales methodology that will provide credibility when interacting with decision-makers. Develop sales skills vital to identify and qualify new business opportunities and/or expansion/upsell opportunities. Collaborate with the sales team on go-to-market strategy, demand generation activities and targets. Ensure all data is accurately maintained and updated in the Oracle CRM applications. Range and Benefit Information US: Hiring Range in USD from $18.41 - $28.80 per hour; from: $38,300 - $59,900 per year. Eligible for commission with an estimated pay mix of 65/35 - 90/10. Oracle maintains broad salary ranges for its roles in order to account for variations in knowledge, skills, experience, market conditions and locations, as well as reflect Oracle's differing products, industries and lines of business. Candidates are typically placed into the range based on the preceding factors as well as internal peer equity. Vacation accrual is prorated for employees working between 20 and 34 hours per week. Unused balance will carry over each year up to a maximum cap of 112 hours.
