This role is responsible for effectively articulating the value of products or services to customers.As a Sales Development Representative, you will:* Manage a personal pipeline of prospects from initial outreach through qualification.* Execute outbound prospecting strategies using phone, email, social media, and events.* Respond to inbound leads with urgency, conducting deeper qualification conversations.* Research accounts to understand key stakeholders, challenges, and buying signals.* Collaborate with account executives to develop account-specific entry strategies.* Schedule and participate in prospect meetings or demos, ensuring smooth handoffs. Track activity, conversion rates, and pipeline health in the CRM.* Use AI-powered tools and market data to prioritize outreach and craft personalized messaging.* Achieve and exceed monthly and quarterly pipeline generation targets.
