Sales Development Representative

Overview Location: Atlanta, GA (on-site). As a Sales Development Representative at Crisp, you are the force multiplier behind a Crisp Growth Advisor; you ensure you’re consistently in front of the right law firm owners, having the right conversations, at the right time. This role reports to the Chief Commercial Officer and receives day-to-day mentorship from your Growth Advisor. You own the engine behind the relationship-building process: outbound prospecting, CRM management, scheduling, pipeline organization, and converting inbound interest into qualified discovery conversations. The Growth Advisor leads the sales process and closes deals; your job is to keep the pipeline full and momentum strong. This is a foundational role within Crisp’s Growth Team and a true career path, with opportunities to grow into a Growth Advisor role in the future. Responsibilities Run high-volume outbound outreach to law firm owners and managing partners across phone, email, LinkedIn, and event follow-up. Qualify inbound leads from podcasts, conferences, referrals, and digital marketing campaigns. Own CRM hygiene and pipeline management for your Growth Advisor’s pod inside HubSpot. Coordinate scheduling, follow-up, and administrative support throughout the sales cycle. Partner closely with Marketing to maximize campaign and event conversion opportunities. Represent Crisp at flagship events including the Crisp Game Changers Summit. Consistently hit monthly targets for qualified meetings booked and qualified pipeline generated. Requirements Credible, extroverted, and energetic communicator who can earn attention quickly. Resilient and persistent — you don’t take “no” personally. Highly coachable with a strong desire to grow into a closing role. Proven ability to connect with people, stay disciplined, and pursue goals relentlessly. High standards and strong ambition — good enough is never good enough. Team-oriented mindset: you want your Growth Advisor to win while preparing for your own next step. 0–3 years of full-time experience preferred; sales experience is a plus, but not required.
