Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive clinical assessments to identify clients' mental health needs, utilizing standardized assessment tools.

• Develop and implement evidence-based treatment plans in collaboration with clients, ensuring that each strategy aligns with their personal goals and requires ongoing reassessment.

• Provide individual, couples, and group counseling to clients, employing various therapeutic techniques such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT) to facilitate healing.

• Work closely with an interdisciplinary treatment team to ensure integrated client care, participating in case conferences as necessary to discuss client progress and strategies.

• Maintain accurate and confidential client records in compliance with HIPAA regulations and organizational policies.

• Engage in professional development through training and supervision, continually refining skills and keeping abreast of developments in the mental health field.

Qualifications\n

Compensation and Benefits\n
