Production Worker - Rough Plumber

Position Rough Plumber – Champion Modular, Inc. (Strattanville, PA) Benefits 401k Plan with Company Match Paid Vacation Paid Holidays Medical Rx Dental, Vision, and Life Insurance Summary Under general supervision, work on the production line to build manufactured housing, as part of a team, and perform quality work at a fast-moving and consistent manner. FLSA Status Non-exempt Qualifications High school diploma or equivalent OR at least six months of related experience/training Ability to read a tape measure Ability to stand for long periods of time and lift/move up to 50 lbs. Previous experience in manufacturing/modular housing is desired but not required. Essential Duties and Responsibilities Performs all manual labor in the area to which assigned Keeps area neat and clean Reads and uses a tape measure Reads blueprints and orders Communicates well with coworkers Uses hand tools, air tools, and electrical tools Other duties may be assigned Work Schedule The typical schedule for this position is 6:30 am - 3:00 pm, Monday-Friday. Schedule may vary depending on production needs and overtime, though kept to a minimum; occasional scheduling changes may be required. Education and Experience One-year certificate from college or technical school; or 6-12 months related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
