Location Detail: 45 Salem Turnpike Norwich (10583) Shift Detail: Mon-Fri Hartford HealthCare has an exciting opportunity for an Advanced Practice Registered Nurse (APRN) to join our Norwich-based hospital outpatient department within the Pain Management team. This role plays a key part in delivering comprehensive, patient-centered pain care through medication management, clinical assessment, and post‑procedure follow‑up, working in close collaboration with our pain physicians. This APRN will serve as a clinical cornerstone within a busy pain management practice, supporting patients across the spine and chronic pain continuum and ensuring seamless care coordination.
