Accountant

The Axel Group is seeking an Accountant for our client's team. This organization specializes in real estate and offers a dynamic environment where financial accuracy and operational support are essential. In this role, you will be responsible for managing core accounting activities, supporting month-end and year-end closing processes, and ensuring compliance across financial operations. Responsibilities Preparing monthly financial statements, reconciliations, and reporting Assisting with month-end and year-end close Supporting audits and preparing financial documentation Reviewing financial and billing data for accuracy Partnering with Executive Directors and Business Office Managers to resolve financial issues Providing guidance on accounting and billing procedures Creating reports and financial analyses for leadership Identifying opportunities to streamline accounting processes and improve efficiency Assisting with accounting system implementations, testing, and upgrades Supporting payroll processes and financial operations Requirements Bachelor's Degree in Accounting, Finance, Business, or related field (preferred) 3-5+ years of accounting, finance, healthcare, or business office experience Strong knowledge of financial reporting, account reconciliations, and billing Advanced Microsoft Excel skills Experience with accounting and billing software Excellent communication and organizational skills Ability to manage multiple priorities while maintaining exceptional accuracy #J-18808-Ljbffr The Axel Group, LLC
