As a Product Portfolio Operations Director in Cash & Check Management Product, you are an expert in creating cross-product synergies. As a servant leader on the team, you leverage your advanced capabilities to innovate on cross product-line coordination, remove barriers to success, and create ways for teams to continuously innovate on solutions-focused products and product features. You embrace agentic-led ways of working to optimize team performance and accelerate outcomes.

 

As a Product Portfolio Operations Director within Cash & Check Management Product, you will work across products and product lines to help ensure delivery against business objectives. You will execute the strategy for reporting and communications to support portfolio management operations and change initiatives. You will oversee and coach a team to best implement the strategy for adapting and executing the full product-line framework and ensure core cross-product priorities, sequencing, and trade-offs are realized. You will implement portfolio-level tracking of controls, financials, resourcing needs, and key prioritization decisions. You will manage the Product Management Office and Product Delivery Managers.

 

You will partner with business and product leaders to drive operational excellence and continuous improvement. You will ensure alignment of product strategies with business goals and client needs. You will foster a culture of innovation and accountability within the team. You will support the adoption of agile methodologies and agentic-led ways of working. You will contribute to the development and execution of strategic initiatives across the portfolio.

Job Responsibilities

• Work across products and product lines to ensure delivery against business objectives.
• Execute the strategy for reporting and communications to support portfolio management operations and change initiatives.
• Oversee and coach a team to implement the strategy for adapting and executing the full product-line framework.
• Ensure core cross-product priorities, sequencing, and trade-offs are realized.
• Implement portfolio-level tracking of controls, financials, resourcing needs, and key prioritization decisions.
• Manage the Product Management Office and Product Delivery Managers.

Required Qualifications, Capabilities, and Skills

• 8+ years of experience or equivalent expertise in program management or performance optimization.
• 5+ years staff management experience for exempt-level employees.
• Proven ability to manage and implement operational effectiveness and portfolio management initiatives.
• Proven ability to operate within the product development life cycle and agile methodologies.
• Project management experience with large, cross-product complex agile initiatives.

Preferred Qualifications, Capabilities, and Skills

• Experience with Claude Code or Copilot for agentic reporting and management solutions.
• JIRA and JIRA Align.
