Patent Agent: Medical Device Pro with Flexible Hours
Coloplast
Coloplast seeks a Patent Agent to lead US patent drafting and prosecution, focusing on the Acute Care business unit. The role collaborates with R&D, Regulatory, and external attorneys to strengthen our IP portfolio across Coloplast units. Responsibilities include evaluating disclosures, opposing competitor filings, and advising management on patent strategy while maintaining high ethical standards.
