Accounting Administrative Assistant

Our client, a growing accounting and business services firm, is looking for a detail-oriented Accounting Administrative Assistant to join their team. If you enjoy working with numbers, staying organized, and supporting financial operations, this is a great opportunity to build your skills in a collaborative environment. What You’ ll Do
- Reconcile bank statements and identify discrepancies
- Manage invoicing and track client payments
- Support payroll processing and data entry
- Assist with tax prep documentation and client files
- Communicate with clients and help coordinate appointments
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy
- Experience with Excel and QuickBooks (or similar tools)
- Basic understanding of accounting principles
- Organized, dependable, and able to multitask
- Strong communication skills
- Degree in Accounting or related field (preferred)
- Entry-level accounting or administrative experience is a plus
