Key Responsibilities\n

As a Licensed Professional Counselor, your responsibilities will include:

• Conducting comprehensive assessments to evaluate and address the mental health needs of patients.

• Facilitating effective communication among supervisors, direct care staff, family members, and other stakeholders to closely monitor each client's progress.

• Providing timely updates to supervisors regarding appointment schedules, including home visits and observations, to ensure that patient care is consistently advanced.
\n
• Coordinating essential home visits for in-home observations, conducting chart reviews, and performing staff interviews to gather pertinent information related to the care plan.

• Implementing and overseeing the efficacy of individualized program plans, ensuring adherence to established treatment goals.
\n
• Actively participating in Interdisciplinary Team Meetings to collaborate with other healthcare professionals, enhancing the holistic care approach.
\n
• Maintaining detailed monthly and quarterly progress notes that reflect clients' growth and challenges.
\n
• Organizing and leading training sessions to equip team members with the skills necessary for implementing program parameters effectively.

• Conducting follow-up interviews and home visits to ensure ongoing support and address shifting needs of clients.

• Acting as a liaison with the public and local mental health community to promote resource development and foster positive outcomes in mental health initiatives.

• Contributing to the design of training materials aimed at improving the quality of our programs and client care strategies.

This position allows you to work with a diverse clientele, including children, families, and adults facing various mental health challenges. Qualifications\n

To be considered for this position, candidates must possess:

• A Master's or Doctoral degree in Counseling, Psychology, or a related field.

• An active and unrestricted license as a Professional Counselor (LPC) in Arizona.

• A minimum of two years of clinical counseling experience in a professional setting.

Compensation and Benefits\n
