Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct initial assessments and ongoing evaluations of clients' mental and emotional health to determine their needs and treatment goals.

• Implement evidence-based therapeutic interventions for individuals, couples, families, and groups, ensuring tailored approaches to each client's concerns.

• Utilize a variety of therapeutic techniques, including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), psychodynamic therapy, and solution-focused short therapy.

• Document and maintain accurate client records in compliance with state regulations and organizational policies, ensuring confidentiality and adherence to ethical standards.

Qualifications\n

• Completion of a Master’s or Doctoral degree in Counseling, Psychology, or a related field.

Compensation and Benefits\n
