Senior Lease Administrator

Managing lease administration functions for medium to large accounts, the full-time Senior Lease Administrator will serve as the primary point of contact for clients, oversee global rent presentment activities, and ensure compliance with lease accounting standards while working remotely. Key responsibilities Serve as the main point of contact for clients and internal stakeholders regarding global lease administration matters Conduct regular meetings with clients to present portfolio updates and performance reports Manage client escalations and ensure timely resolution of issues while overseeing the global team's service delivery Required qualifications Associates or Bachelor's degree in business, accounting, real estate, or a related field preferred At least 5 years of relevant experience in commercial real estate lease administration or accounting Experience with commercial real estate database applications such as Visual Lease, APEX, or WorkTrac Intermediate proficiency with Microsoft Office tools (Word, PowerPoint, Excel, etc.) Thorough knowledge of FASB / IFRS accounting rules and general accounting principles preferred
