$55,000–$75,000 Expected Total Compensation | Full-Time | Monday–Friday, 8:30 AM–5:00 PM

Are you an experienced insurance professional who knows how to sell—but also understands that the best sales come from building strong, lasting relationships?

James W. Leone State Farm Agent is looking for an experienced, licensed insurance professional to join our growing sales team.

We aren’t looking for someone to simply quote policies or make transactions. Our agency has built its success by getting to know our customers, understanding their needs, identifying opportunities, and developing relationships that last for years.

Who We’re Looking For

Our ideal candidate has 3–5 years of insurance experience and is comfortable having needs-based sales conversations, asking for the business, following up consistently, and developing new and existing customer relationships.

A New York Personal Lines license is required. The successful candidate will also be expected to obtain a full Property & Casualty license. Life, Accident & Health licensing is preferred and provides additional opportunity.

State Farm experience is always a plus, but it is not required . We welcome experienced professionals from other insurance carriers and independent agencies.

The Opportunity

This is a 100% sales-focused position within an established, high-performing agency.

You will have the opportunity to:

• Follow up with prospects and close business
• Develop long-term relationships instead of focusing solely on one-time transactions

Compensation & Schedule

Expected total compensation: $55,000–$75,000 , based on salary plus commission and performance incentives.

This is a full-time, fully in-office position , Monday through Friday from 8:30 AM–5:00 PM at our Glenmont office.
