Data Steward

Ensuring the quality and integrity of data across the organization, the full-time remote Data Steward will manage data validation, resolve quality issues, and collaborate with business users to enforce data standards. Key responsibilities Review and validate enterprise data for completeness and accuracy, aligning with defined data standards Identify and resolve data quality issues, including duplicates and inconsistencies Collaborate with cross-functional teams to refine data requirements and support data governance initiatives Required qualifications 5+ years of relevant experience with enterprise data and data quality assessment Bachelor's degree in Business, Information Systems, Health Informatics, or a related field; or equivalent work experience Familiarity with data quality, stewardship, or MDM tools (e.g., Reltio, Informatica, Talend) Proficiency with Microsoft Excel and a basic understanding of SQL or business intelligence tools Strong attention to detail and a process-oriented mindset
