Accounts Payable Analyst

Job Summary Support performance centers and corporate office by accurately processing supplier/vendor invoices and ensuring timely completion. Handle internal and external AP inquiries effectively and troubleshoot any issues that arise with professionalism. Scan invoices accurately and timely into system. Support Month End, Quarter End and Year End close. Adherence to Sarbanes‑Oxley risk control matrices. Provide process improvement input to help increase overall team efficiency. Required Skills and Qualifications Computer literate with all Microsoft Office applications, experience with integrated MRP systems. Self‑motivated and able to work with little supervision. Attention to detail, ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks. Thrives working in a team environment. Multi‑task in high volume transactional setting. Strong written and verbal communication skills. Must work well under pressure and be deadline oriented. Experience with automated financial transactions associated with an ERP system, Baan, Visual and/or Macola systems a plus. Required Experience and Education Associate or Bachelor's degree from an accredited college or university would be preferred. Minimum 2 years of relevant experience in an Accounts Payable role.
