Executive Chef 2

As a Resource Executive Chef with Sodexo, you’ll travel 100% across Chicagoland Corporate Services accounts, providing hands-on culinary leadership and operational support for up to 12 months at various locations.

You’ll stabilize operations, lead daily production, ensure food quality and safety, implement best practices, manage costs, and train teams while driving immediate improvements across multiple fast-paced locations.

Results are primarily achieved through the work of others and typically depend on the manager's ability to influence and negotiate with parts of the organization. Progression within Career Band reflects acquisition of broad technical expertise, business and industry knowledge, and process and people leadership capabilities. Accountable for business, functional or operational areas, processes or programs, which may include dotted-line or matrixed management.

Pay Range: $70975 per year - $91850 per year

• ServSafe certification and solid working knowledge of HACCP principles to ensure food safety and compliance.

Requirements

• Education Requirement: Associate’s degree or Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience
• Management Experience: 1-3 years
• Related Experience: 1-3 years
