Global Director of Total Rewards – International Logistics Organization | Executive-Level HR Leadership + Full Benefits
OverviewOur client, a top international shipping and logistics organization, is seeking an experienced Director of Total Rewards & Compensation to lead regional compensation, benefits, HRIS, and workforce planning initiatives across a global business environment.
This is a high-impact leadership role responsible for developing and executing Total Rewards strategies that support business growth, employee retention, operational excellence, and global workforce competitiveness. The position partners closely with executive leadership, HR, Finance, and Operations teams to ensure compensation structures, benefits programs, and HR systems remain competitive, compliant, and aligned with organizational goals.
The ideal candidate brings a combination of strategic leadership and hands-on operational expertise within compensation, benefits, HR analytics, and HRIS management in multi-country environments.
What You’ll Be Doing- Lead global Total Rewards, compensation, and benefits strategies aligned with business objectives
- Oversee salary planning, incentive programs, workforce cost planning, and compensation cycles
- Advise leadership on compensation trends, retention strategies, and market competitiveness
- Manage regional benefits programs, vendor relationships, and employee wellness initiatives
- Lead HRIS governance, reporting, and optimization efforts with a focus on Oracle HCM
- Ensure data accuracy, compliance, and operational efficiency across HR systems and processes
- Deliver workforce analytics and reporting insights to support strategic decision-making
- Lead and develop high-performing Total Rewards and HR operations teams
- Partner with HR, Finance, and Operations leadership on cross-functional initiatives
- Ensure compliance with global labor regulations, compensation policies, and audit requirements
Requirements
- 5–7+ years of leadership experience in Total Rewards, Compensation & Benefits, HR Operations, or HRIS leadership
- Experience supporting multi-country or global compensation and benefits programs
- Strong expertise in compensation strategy, salary structures, workforce planning, and incentive programs
- Hands-on HRIS experience, preferably with Oracle HCM
- Strong analytical, financial, and workforce reporting capabilities
- Experience partnering with executive leadership and cross-functional business teams
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources or related field preferred
