Key Responsibilities\n

As a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist, your key responsibilities will include:

• Conducting comprehensive initial assessments and diagnosis for new clients, utilizing evidence-based tools and methodologies to determine appropriate levels of care.

• Providing individual and group therapy sessions designed to address a wide range of mental health concerns, utilizing therapies such as cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT), family systems therapy, or solution-focused therapy.

• Maintaining meticulous and compliant documentation of all client interactions, treatment plans, progress notes, and outcomes in accordance with HIPAA regulations and organizational policies.

• Developing tailored therapeutic strategies that incorporate ongoing feedback from clients and adjustments throughout treatment.

• Participating in regular supervision and consultation, adhering to all ethical and legal standards of practice, while engaging in continuing education to maintain your licensure.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Qualifications\n

We anticipate that our ideal candidate will possess the following qualifications:

• A Master's degree in Marriage and Family Therapy from an accredited program.

Strength Path Wellness Center offers a competitive salary ranging from USD 90,000 to 100,000 annually, commensurate with experience and education.
