Enterprise Account Executive - West

Job Description The Enterprise Account Executive will generate new business sales revenue in the West region through account and territory planning, partnership collaboration, business development and field-based sales activities. Responsibilities Achieve sales goals and targets for the assigned territory on a quarterly and annual basis. Aggressively prospect, identify, qualify and develop a sales pipeline. Develop a regional strategy and plan to leverage Nexthink partners. Work with the marketing team to conduct seminars and trade shows to drive revenue growth and pipeline. Tak[e] a consultative approach with customers by understanding their challenges and future strategies to integrate the Nexthink solution. Prospect qualification and ongoing development of new sales opportunities. Manage the sales process and opportunity closure. Maintain ongoing account management to ensure customer satisfaction. Close business to exceed monthly, quarterly and annual booking objectives. Build strong and effective relationships to create growth opportunities. Collaborate closely with the Professional Services team to achieve customer satisfaction. Sell a complete solution of software, services and support to secure customer success. Desired Candidate Attributes Worked in early‑stage companies that have brought new and innovative products to market. Possesses the ability to evangelize the benefits associated with an experience‑based solution. Is adept at selling to multiple levels of the IT organization. Can manage customer expectations during Proof of Concept evaluations. Has 5+ years of experience selling enterprise technology in a fast‑paced and competitive market. Is goal‑oriented with a record of over‑achievement (e.g., President’s Club, Rep of the Year). Is driven with a strong desire to be successful. Is disciplined and skilled in managing time and resources; has a sound approach to qualifying opportunities. Is intelligent with a quick learning aptitude and credible presence. Has a Bachelor's Degree or equivalent. Compensation Base salary $150,000-180,000 gross per year with a total on‑target earnings (OTE) range of $300,000-360,000 and additional commission potential above this range.
