Hours: Monday - Friday, 7:00am - 3:00 pm
Elite Overhead Garage Doors is looking for a dependable, detail-oriented Dispatcher/Scheduler to serve as the heartbeat of our daily operations.
In this role, you’ll coordinate schedules, support our field technicians, and help deliver a smooth, professional experience for our customers. Monitor and adjust schedules in real time to respond to changes, emergencies, and customer needs
Communicate clearly and professionally with technicians, customers, and management throughout the day
Review daily jobs to ensure correct skill levels, parts, notes, and payment details are in place
Serve as a primary point of contact for customers—answering questions and setting clear expectations
Accurately document customer interactions and ensure proper follow-up
Support the office and operations team with additional administrative tasks as needed
✅ High school diploma or equivalent
Familiarity with ServiceTitan or similar scheduling software is highly desirable
Team-oriented attitude with a willingness to jump in and help where needed
Comfortable using computers and learning new systems quickly
Competitive hourly pay: $18-$22/hr (DOE)
