Lease Accountant - Close & Compliance Expert
Guitar Center Inc.
Guitar Center in California is seeking a Real Estate Accountant to support lease accounting, reconcile operating expenses with landlords, and assist with month-end close processes. You will prepare schedules, review invoices from property managers, post journal entries, reconcile GLs, and collaborate with the Real Estate and Construction teams to deliver accurate financial reporting.
